John E. Haugo, Ph.D. serves as Chairman of
SearchAmerica. Prior to
his association with the company, Dr. Haugo founded and served as the Chief
Executive Officer of three Minnesota-based software companies: Minnesota
Educational Computing Corporation, Serving Software, Inc. and EduSystems,
Inc. From September 1994 to January 1997, John was Vice President and
general manager of the Minneapolis branch of HBO & Company. In 1994, John
was named the Minnesota Software Entrepreneur of the Year. During 1993 and
1994, John was chairman of the Board of Directors of Minnesota Software
Association, now known as the Minnesota High Tech Association. During the
past ten years, he has served on the board of directors of seven software
and technology companies. He received his B.S. degree in mathematics from
Minnesota State University-Moorhead, and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the
University of Minnesota. John is a recipient of Distinguished Alumni Awards
from both universities.

C. McKenzie Lewis, III is a principal in Sherpa Partners, an
investment advisory firm for early stage companies and was a managing
general partner of MMP Partners Limited Partnership, a venture investment
fund, investing in Minnesota based early-stage companies. Mac also serves on
the Board of Directors of eight privately held companies. From 1986 to 1995,
Mac served as Chief Executive Officer and President and a director of
Computer Network Technology Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of
high performance extended channel-networking systems. Mac has over 30 years
experience in the computer and data communications industry and holds an
electrical engineering degree from Princeton University.
Jack S. Holthaus is currently the Vice President and General Manager
of the Laboratory Division at McKesson Corporation. From 1998 to 2003 he
served as the President of LAB-Interlink, Inc., an Omaha-based manufacturer
of a software and robotics-based system used to automate clinical pathology
laboratories. Jack is the former Vice President and General Manager of HBO &
Company’s (HBOC) Advanced Laboratory Group, during which time he was
responsible for the performance of a $20 million strategic business unit.
Prior to serving with HBOC, Jack was President and Chief Executive Officer
of Advanced Laboratory Systems, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon. He has a B.S. degree
in marketing from Denver University.
Glenn N. Rosenkoetter retired as the Executive Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for NDCHealth in 2002. From 1998 to 2000
Glenn was Group President for the Payor Solutions Group and European Operations
of the
Information Technology Business of McKesson. From 1994 to 1998 Glenn was
Senior Vice President for the Strategic Business Units of HBO & Company. Glenn
holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and business administration from the
University of Missouri. He began his career with IBM in 1971 and
subsequently entered the healthcare informatics field at McDonnell Douglas
Automation Company in 1972.
