Our History

SearchAmerica, Inc. was originally a part of Member Services International, Inc. and was incorporated in September, 1994 under the laws of Minnesota. In 1997, Member Services International was renamed to MedServe Link Incorporated and focused on designing, developing and deploying an intranet-based solution for the healthcare industry.

In August of 2000, MedServe Link Incorporated was acquired by Pointshare Corporation of Seattle, WA, and later by Siemens. The Maple Grove management team then bought back the outstanding shares of SearchAmerica and rearchitected the SearchAmerica solution in an effort to improve the Revenue Cycle in Healthcare.
